Taymah is a connector, builder, and strategist with a passion for helping Black professionals and entrepreneurs thrive. As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of The Black Establishment, she leads with intention — turning ideas into structure and vision into action.

Proudly repping ATL, Taymah loves sneakers, sports, and creating processes that actually make sense. Her background in technology and business operations fuels her ability to build systems that make growth feel seamless. A champion of Black excellence, she’s committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.

Outside of work, you’ll find her hanging out with her daughter Blake, rediscovering Atlanta with her wife, enjoying a ginger cocktail, or swimming laps in the pool.

Chris is a creative visionary and community builder who brings culture and authenticity to every project. As Co-Founder and Chief Branding Officer of The Black Establishment, she uses design and storytelling to celebrate the power and beauty of the Black community.

A former Clemson University Women’s Basketball standout and All-ACC award winner, Chris values teamwork, perseverance, and impact. With over a decade at State Farm Mutual Insurance, she’s known for blending creativity with strategy and heart.

When she’s not mentoring student-athletes or leading brand initiatives, you’ll find her on the BeltLine, cooking for loved ones, or exploring the world in search of new inspiration.
